Is there a minimum order?
Glass award orders start at 10 items in total, and you can mix different awards and sizes to make up the 10. For memorial and bench plaques there’s no minimum.
Are the catalogue prices final?
Catalogue prices are per item, and engraving is added on top. We confirm the full price in your quote.
Can you use our company logo?
Yes. Send it as a PDF, EPS or SVG and we’ll set it up for engraving.
How far ahead should we order?
We quote within 24 hours (working days), and awards are ready 10–14 working days after you approve our proof. Allow at least 3–4 weeks before your event.
Can we reorder the same item next year?
Yes. We keep your artwork and specification on file, so repeat orders match exactly.
